PM for managing Change Control Process of large Programme Management Office (PMO) online digital programme
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Lead teams (tech, UX, creative) from initial project scoping sessions, defining delivery approach and deliverables, to kicking off projects
- Write high quality SoW, CR, proposal documents with attention to details to ensure scope, deliverables, plan, costs, assumptions and exclusions are clear
- Liaise with the clients and chair meetings with programme management team to seek sign off for all new CR and SOWs.
- What else?? Liaise with clients and finance team to update on financial status of each change request and follow up for relevant approvals and payment.
- Maintain change log, providing regular updates on status and actions
- Work closely with Client Services and Commercial teams to provide accurate revenue forecast reporting
- Initiate continuous improvements to reporting and tracking
- Obtain trusted advisor status for all change management processes
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years of PM hands on project management and PMO experience in delivering online digital projects and programmes through full project life cycle.(Experience should include a minimum of 2-4 years of end-to-end hands on delivery experience as digital PM managing user experience, creative, technical teams).
- Agency, consultancy or web/software development background (hands on experience with in-house teams, not just via 3rd parties)
- Track record of hands on project managing online digital projects through full project life cycle (minimum 3-5 years).
- Experienced in scoping, planning and costing new projects or change requests. Proficient with leading teams from initial project scoping sessions, defining agreed delivery approach and deliverables, to kicking off projects.
- Experienced in writing high quality SoW, CCR/CR, proposal documents with attention to details to ensure scope, deliverables, plan, costs, assumptions and exclusions are clear.
- Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Process driven PM with well-structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communicator, attention to detail and meticulous around meeting notes, and presentation materials that is shared both internally as well as with the clients
